Workshop: Slack rope

Anyone can imagine balancing on a tightrope, but what happens when the rope sags and can swing?

Lea playfully instructs rolls and balance, and the special features of the slack rope are explored.

In this workshop there is room to discover this impressive device for yourself.

With time, patience and assistance, even the first attempts at balancing on the rope can be accomplished.

Beginners and Intermediate

Workshop: Aerial Net

Lea offers extensive training on this apparatus. This includes both strength training and muscle building specifically for Net, as well as an imaginative exploration into the intricate possibilities of this discipline. The students will also be working on effective methods to untangle, find quick grips and refine their own technique.

Prerequisite: Basic level in aerial (trapeze, silk, hoop, etc.)

Workshop: Acrobatics

Children and young people will learn building human pyramids and get an introduction to partner acrobatics. Together they create exciting works of art with their bodies stacked on top of each other. The giggles are great when they collapse prematurely. There is an immediate sense of achievement when the first high pyramid succeeds. And seemingly by itself, their team spirit starts to form.
